As a new client of our Veterinary Clinic in Calgary, you become part of our family based practice culture. Our goal is for every visit and interaction to have a positive impact on you and your pet. Our service will be provided with courtesy and respect . We understand that you want the best, longest, and most quality time together possible with your pet, and we are here to help you however we can!
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and our reception staff will usher you into an exam room as soon as one is available. You may next see a Veterinary Assistant, who is helping gather some information for the doctor. The veterinarian will then see you, examine your pet, answer your questions and work with you to plan further diagnostics or treatment if necessary. If you have items to go home with you, you may see the Technician. Our techs will provide you with medication instructions as needed, and can further answer care questions for you. Our client care specialists will handle billing and schedule any needed follow up.
Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time. Although we have contingencies for emergencies, there may be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible, and trust you understand that should the emergency be yours, you will have the same accommodations. Your understanding that we are trying to do our very best to look after everyone courteously and effectively is appreciated.
